When will I get offered a place?
This is a very difficult question to answer as it is impossible to predict Families needs. Over the past three years it appears that the average waiting period for children under three years of age can be between1 – 2yrs for children over three years it can be a shorter period of time.
Does the council tell me which centre I can use or can I choose myself?
No the Council does not choose which centre you can attend. Families have three options they can select from which are listed on the Central Register Form.
How much does it cost?
Fees are calculated according to the Centre’s budget on an annual basis. All fees must be paid two weeks in advance, by cheque, eftpos, or direct debit.
